Escape To The Desert
Uh-Oh!...pressure building up, circuts on overload...only one thing to do....
ESCAPE TO THE DESERT!
Alright, so there wasn't much going on at the homestead and I just decided I wanted to load up the desert blogger mobile and head out into the wilds for a little r'n'r...you can dig it, right?
Nothing like a campfire under the stars as the coyotes sing and the steak sizzles....yes'sir!
This was taken at the east side of moonlight mesa, a favorite spot of mine as all my reader's know. I was there the other day and saw a horny toad scrambling about. I didn't know they were native to the area, but this little guy was nesting under a creosote bush I had picked to "water", hehe.
No, I didn't whiz on him, thank you;)
I was going to try and catch him, but I thought I might hurt the delicate animal so I just wished him well and went on my way. Nice to know he's keeping watch over "my" spot!;)
