Alone In The Desert
That's what this shot reminds me of - how serene and peaceful it is in the desert. Moody, yes, but always a balm to the soul.
I thought this would be a good shot to start things off here at the DESERT BLOGGER. I tend to be a bit of a loner and pictures (and areas) like this appeal to me.
I took this at sunset in the month of April at the upper Covington Flats area in the Joshua Tree National Park. One of my all-time favorite desert spots.
